We’ve introduced a new feature to outlook which will protect e-mails sent to external users. By using the keyword #secure# in the subject, the e-mail is automatically encrypted and secured. The two screenshots here show the perspectives of an internal user sending to an external recipient. We highly recommend using this feature when sending sensitive information to external parties.
